Located in the historic grounds of Galway University, just a few minutes from the heart of the city, Corrib Village offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation at great-value rates.

For most of the year, Corrib Village serves as student accommodation, but it offers bed and breakfast accommodation from the beginning of June until the end of August.

The accommodation has a great location for a lively and fun filled summer holiday in the West of Ireland.

Bed linen and towels are included for all guest bookings. A range of accommodation to suit the needs and budget of any traveller is available, including en suite and standard single, double and twin rooms.

For family getaways, there is an outdoor children’s play area, a barbecue and picnic area, and a tennis court.

For added convenience, you can hop on the free daily shuttle into town, or book a daily tour right at reception.

It offers a unique experience to the holiday maker and is an ideal destination for a lively and fun filled summer holiday in the West of Ireland. Literally everything required for a self-catering holiday is provided in Corrib Village. Each apartment has a kitchen, equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, a bathroom and a cloakroom.
The living room and dining area is comfortable, complete with multi-channel television. Each standard apartment contains one twin bedroom and two single rooms and one double room, with freshly laundered linen and duvets and plenty of storage space. For that extra touch of comfort, try our en suite apartment, which offers en suite bedrooms and separate living room and kitchen. These apartments also offer the added convenience of dishwasher and washing machine with dryer.
In short, Corrib Village offers visitors all the conveniences of home away from home.

Directions

From the South (Cork, Limerick) approach Galway on the N18. Pass straight through Ennis, Gort, Ardrahan and Clarinbridge. You will arrive at Oranmore roundabout (the first of many roundabouts as you approach Galway).

Bypass Oranmore village by going straight through this roundabout and the next, which is only about 0.5 km further on (take the 2nd exit at both).

From Dublin Airport
Follow signs marked 'Way Out' or 'Dublin'
After 0.5Km take the 2nd exit (signposted Dublin) from the roundabout to join Motorway M1, 3. 0.8Km later, at the Airport Interchange, take the 2nd exit (signposted Dublin)
Branch left (signposted M50 Southbound) 2.1Km later and at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit (M50)
After 12.1Km, you will come to the west link toll bridge. The cost for a car is currently 1.90 Euros.
Take the first exit from the motorway after the toll bridge. At the roundabout, take the third exit (signposted 'the west')
Follow signs for Galway

On approaching Galway, follow signs for Galway / Clifden N59.
Follow the dual carriageway (still the N6) to the 'Martin' (next) roundabout (about 3km) and take the 2nd exit (signposted Galway West).
Proceed to the 'Lynch' (next) roundabout (about 1km) and take the 2nd exit (signposted Galway / N6).
At the 'Morris' (next) roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted Clifden).
At the 'Font' (next) roundabout take 2nd exit (signposted Clifden).
Approximately 2 Km later, take the 2nd exit on the 'Kirwan' (next) roundabout.
At the 'Bodkin' (traffic light controlled) (next) roundabout, take the 4th exit (signposted Clifden / N59).
At the next traffic lights, turn left (signposted Lower Salthill).
At the next set of traffic lights (with the AIB bank on the left), turn left on to Distillery Road.
